MY STORY

I started training when I was 14. Tall, skinny, acne-prone, glasses on—and constantly feeling out of place.

The gym became my sanctuary. It gave me something school didn’t: a sense of control, progress, and self-worth.

For 20 years, I’ve explored countless training methods and diets—including amateur bodybuilding—but it was never just about muscle.

It’s been about becoming someone better.
Learning. Failing. Growing.
And now—giving back.
